Interactive Pop-Up Sushi Class at Garden & Grain

Garden & Grain will host a hands-on sushi making class on February 26 from 5 to 8 p.m., offering participants the opportunity to learn professional sushi preparation techniques in an interactive setting.
The immersive class is designed for sushi enthusiasts and beginners alike, teaching attendees how to create beautifully crafted sushi rolls, hand rolls, and poke bowls from start to finish. Instructors will cover proper sushi rice preparation, cutting skills, vegetable preparation techniques, and professional rolling methods.
All necessary ingredients will be provided, including a curated selection of proteins and fresh produce such as kani sticks, steak, steamed shrimp, eel, tuna, bacon, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, apples, mangos, jalapeños, seaweed salad, and squid salad. Each participant will receive a sushi manual and rolling mat to take home.
Two ticket tiers are available. Tier 1, priced at $70, includes full participation in the class, all ingredients, the sushi manual, and rolling mat. Tier 2, priced at $100, includes everything from Tier 1 plus two handcrafted cocktails and two sake shots.
