Palafox Market is open every Saturday.
Palafox Market brings the Gulf Coast’s agricultural and artisan communities to the shady trees of Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza and Plaza Ferdinand in downtown Pensacola each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Celebrating its 16th year, Palafox Market is more than a farmers market; it’s a showcase of Southern hospitality, craftsmanship and creativity. Every item for sale is grown or made by the vendors, many of whom represent farms, home gardens, bakeries and artist workshops from across Escambia, Santa Rosa and Baldwin counties.
Locations:
Palafox Market North — Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza between Wright and Garden streets.
Palafox Market South — Plaza Ferdinand at South Palafox and East Government Street (309 S. Palafox St.)
Metered parking is available in the North Palafox lot at the corner of Palafox and Gregory streets, across from Palafox Market North. Teal signs indicate city-managed parking with lower rates. Vehicles with handicap tags park free in city-owned spots.
The free Palafox Market Trolley runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday. It stops at both market locations and the free city parking lot at 600 Commendencia St.
Palafox Market is open every Saturday except the weekend of the Grand Mardi Gras Parade.
